Meet Nicola
Nicola Jane Gibberd Marks, establishing her wedding planning services as Nicola Jane in 2011, is passionate about creating beautiful moments and memories for all of her couples.
Approaching each wedding with a collaborative mindset, Nicola prioritises getting to know her clients so that each wedding is a true reflection of the couple.
Nicola holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Cape Town Hotel School and attended the SA School of Weddings during her formative years of hospitality work to form a solid basis upon which she has built a career of excellence in the field of wedding planning.
Working in some of South Africa’s most famous and luxurious hotels and abroad in the United Kingdom, Nicola gained invaluable experience and contacts on her journey to becoming a well-renowned wedding planner in the Cape region.
If I had to describe myself in three words, these would be attentive, enthusiastic, and vibrant. I love what I do, and seeing the joy of a successful wedding has built.
